- 43grams Maggi satay chicken recipe base
- 2tablespoons peanut butter
- 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 400grams chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thickly sliced
- 1 red capsicum, thickly sliced
- 1/4 bunch coriander, leaves picked

Description
This speedy, crowd-pleasing satay chicken noodles dish will never go out of style. It's packed with flavour, easy to prepare and affordable.
Instruction tip
Tip:Keep chicken seasoning sachets to add flavour to sauces or stocks.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil over medium heat. Add noodles (without sachets) in water and boil for 2 minutes, or until tender. Drain and set aside.
Step 2 of 4
In a jug, add recipe base, three-quarter cup water and peanut butter. Whisk with a fork to combine. Set aside.
Step 3 of 4
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes, or until cooked through and browned. Add red onion and capsicum and cook for 1 minute, or until softened slightly.
Step 4 of 4
Add recipe base mixture and cook, stirring frequently, for 2 minutes, or until thickened. Add noodles and stir to coat. Divide noodle mixture amongst bowls. Top with coriander to serve.
