- 485grams Masterfoods butter chicken simmer sauce
- 450grams Sunrice microwave basmati rice
- 120grams baby leaf spinach
- 1/2 bunch coriander, leaves picked

Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until browned.

Add simmer sauce and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens and meatballs are cooked through.

Meanwhile, microwave rice according to package instructions. Divide rice among plates, top with butter chicken meatballs, spinach and coriander. Serve.
