  • 1/4 cup Praise creamy lime & herb dressing

Description

Dinner's ready in 20 minutes with this bright, colourful pork dish, served with a crunchy rainbow slaw and black-bean rice.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add pork steaks and cook for 10 minutes, turning regularly, until charred and cooked through. Remove from heat and thinly slice.

Step 2 of 3

Meanwhile, microwave rice according to packet instructions. Toss black beans through rice.

Step 3 of 3

In a medium bowl, add coleslaw and one-third of the dressing. Toss to combine. Divide black bean rice amongst bowls. Top with coleslaw and sliced pork. Serve with remaining dressing
