  • 225grams Patak’s mild butter chicken simmer sauce
  • 200grams shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 250grams Greek-style yoghurt
  • 1/4 bunch coriander, leaves picked

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Place shells on a baking tray and bake for 5 minutes or until crispy.

Step 2 of 3

Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 10 minutes, stirring, or until browned. Add sauce to pan and continue to cook for 5 minutes, stirring, until sauce has thickened slightly.

Step 3 of 3

Divide lettuce and chicken mixture among taco shells. Dollop with yoghurt and sprinkle with coriander leaves.
