- 600grams frozen sea salt & rosemary seasoned chips
- 600grams Woolworths Herb & garlic sausages
- 120grams baby rocket leaves
- 4 Woolworths crusty jumbo long rolls, split, toasted
- 1/3 jar Beerenberg burger relish (260g)
Description
Make lunchtime a breeze with these speedy and savoury sausage submarine sandwiches.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 230°C/ 210°C fan-forced. Line a large tray with baking paper. Place frozen chips, in a single layer, on prepared tray. Bake for 20 minutes or until chips are golden and crunchy.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, heat a barbecue plate or grill on medium heat. Cook sausages for 14 minutes, turning frequently, until cooked through. Slice diagonally into pieces.
Step 3 of 3
Place rocket in rolls. Top with sausage and dollop with relish. Serve with chips and remaining rocket.
