- 400grams V2 plant-based mince
- 2tablespoons Heinz smokey barbecue sauce
- 200grams Woolworths classic coleslaw
- 1/3 cup Praise vegan mayo
- 4 extra soft jumbo hamburger bread rolls, split, toasted
- 1/4 bunch coriander, to serve

Looking for a cheap and easy family dinner? Try this tasty plant-based slaw burger recipe that only takes 15 minutes to cook.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Combine v2mince® and sauce in a medium bowl. Divide and shape mixture into 4 patties.
Step 2 of 4
Heat a greased barbecue grill on medium heat. Cook patties for 4 minutes each side, or until lightly charred and cooked through.
Step 3 of 4
Place coleslaw in a medium bowl. Add 2 tbs of mayo and toss to combine.
Step 4 of 4
Spread bun bases with remaining mayo. Top each with a pattie, slaw and coriander. Sandwich with bun tops. Serve.
