Description

A slab of golden chicken schnitzel paired with a refreshing cabbage, spinach and apple slaw, drizzled with dressing: it’s the tasty flavour pairing you didn’t know you needed.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 230°C/210°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Arrange schnitzel on a baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden, turning halfway through cooking. Thickly slice.

Step 2 of 3

Combine cabbage, spinach and apple in a large bowl. Combine vinegar and oil in a small bowl. Season with pepper.

Step 3 of 3

Divide cabbage mixture among plates and drizzle with dressing. Arrange schnitzel on top and serve with mayonnaise.
