  • 560grams Woolworths COOK slow-cooked Chinese BBQ-style pork
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1 continental cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1/4 bunch spring onion, thinly sliced

Description

Serve up tender slow-cooked Chinese BBQ-style pork with rice and salad tonight to impress loved ones. This affordable recipe is easy to make.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat oven to 210°C/190°C fan-forced. Line a large baking dish with baking paper. Remove pork from packaging and place in lined dish. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Carefully remove foil and bake uncovered for a further 10 minutes. Using two forks, roughly shred meat. Pour over sauce sachet and toss to combine.

Meanwhile, cook rice according to packet instructions. Divide rice amongst bowls. Top with shredded pork, cucumber, carrot and spring onion. Serve.
