- 3 dates, pitted, halved
- 12 currants
- 250grams strawberries, hulled, sliced
- 60grams blueberries
- 500grams no added sugar plain yoghurt
- 2 cup untoasted muesli
- 1 dried apricot

If you don’t have any of these tools - don’t worry! You can use a Ziplock back the same way, just snip off a corner and you’ve got a DIY piping bag.

If you don’t want to bother with a piping bag, spoon the yoghurt into the cups, and use the flat side of a spoon to create a melting pattern.
