  • 2 punnet strawberries
  • 2tablespoons fresh passionfruit pulp
  • 1teaspoons vanilla bean paste
  • 700grams icelandic style natural yoghurt
  • 1 1/2 cup fruit & nut muesli

Method

Step 1 of 5

Wash, hull and mash strawberries in a small bowl with a fork.

Step 2 of 5

Mix vanilla bean paste with yoghurt.

Step 3 of 5

Place 1/3 cup of muesli at the bottom of four bowls.

Step 4 of 5

Divide the mashed strawberries across the muesli followed by a quarter of the yoghurt.

Step 5 of 5

Drizzle 1/2 tbs of passionfruit pulp over each dish and a few extra sprinkles of muesli.
