- 2tablespoons coconut, toasted (to serve)
- 500grams sweet vanilla yoghurt
- 1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread

Method
Step 1 of 3
Place banana, yoghurt and chocolate hazelnut spread in a blender or food processor. Pulse 2-3 times, then process on high speed for 15-20 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Step 2 of 3
Line a 5-cup loaf pan with baking paper, leaving sides to overhang so it’s easier to lift out when frozen. Transfer mix to pan and freeze overnight until firm.
Step 3 of 3
Remove from pan using the paper. Cut into slices and top with toasted coconut.
