- 1 cup unsalted (or raw Cashews)
- 1 cup sultanas

Description
These are a delicious little tasty treat to be enjoyed with a drink or wrapped in cellophane and given as a gift.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Roughly chop cashews.
Step 2 of 4
Break chocolate into pieces and place in a glass bowl. Microwave in 30 second bursts. Stir well after each burst. Mine took 90 seconds to be fully melted.
Step 3 of 4
Add cashews and sultanas to melted chocolate and mix well.
Step 4 of 4
Using a teaspoon place clusters onto a baking paper lined tray. Place in fridge to set.
