Method
Step 1 of 4
Toast the sourdough bread slices in a toaster. Place zucchini slices under a grill on medium-high heat for 4 minutes to grill.
Step 2 of 4
Now add the oil and rosemary to the slices of sourdough and the goats cheese.
Step 3 of 4
Turn the zucchini slices over and grill everything again for another 4 minutes.
Step 4 of 4
Serve the zucchini slices topped with goats cheese.
