- 300grams wonton wrappers
- 5milliliter olive oil cooking spray
- 560grams Woolworths COOK Chinese BBQ style pork with char siu sauce
- 1/2 bunch coriander, leaves picked
- 1/4 red cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 small carrot, grated
- 1/2 small lemon, juiced
- 2teaspoons Woolworths extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Description
Crispy baked wonton tacos filled with juicy barbecue-style pork and fresh slaw, these delightful bites are bound to impress.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 190°C/170°C fan-forced. Grease top edge of a 27 x 34cm baking dish (with a 1cm-wide lip around top edge).
Step 2 of 4
Spray both sides of 8 wontons with oil. Fold wontons to form a triangle, then drape over edges of dish. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden. Stand for 1 minute, then transfer to a wire rack to cool. Repeat process with remaining wontons.

Heat pork in microwave according to packet instructions. Using 2 forks, shred pork. Add sauce sachet from packet and toss to coat.
Step 4 of 4
Roughly chop half of the coriander leaves. Combine cabbage, carrot and chopped coriander in a bowl. Add lemon juice and oil, then toss to coat. Arrange pork and slaw in wonton tacos. Scatter over remaining coriander and serve with sauce.
