Instruction tip
Tip:
Don’t have a bundt pan? Arrange the dough balls in the shape of a wreath on a greased baking tray instead.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Lightly spray a 21cm (9cm deep) bundt pan with oil. Cut each dough ball into 16 pieces. Cut cheese into 32 pieces. Roll dough into balls. Push a piece of cheese into each ball and pinch to enclose, ensuring cheese is completely covered.

Step 2 of 5

Place balls in pan. Cover loosely and set aside at room temperature to prove for 15 minutes.

Step 3 of 5

Spray dough with oil, then sprinkle over sesame and poppy seeds. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden.

Step 4 of 5

Meanwhile, roughly chop most of the parsley. Place chopped parsley, garlic, zest, lemon juice and oil in a food processor and process until combined.

Step 5 of 5

Stand bread in pan to cool slightly, then carefully transfer to a platter. Serve wreath drizzled with herb oil and scattered with remaining parsley.
