  • 2tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 100grams feta, crumbled
  • 1 cup green olives, pitted, sliced
  • 2tablespoons lemon thyme leaves

Method

Step 1 of 2

Whisk oil, balsamic vinegar and horseradish cream in a jug with sea salt and pepper. Slice cucumber into long wedges.
