Method

Step 1 of 6

Preheat oven to 180°. Line a loaf pan with baking paper.

Step 2 of 6

Dice all vegetables and meat. Combine all ingredients and pour into loaf pan.

Step 3 of 6

Serve hot with vegetables or cold with salad.

Step 4 of 6

You can slice and freeze in portions for convenient on the go lunch or snack. Cooking in a muffin pan works well for this also.

Whisk eggs, milk, flour and salt and pepper together in a large mixing bowl.

Place on the middle rack in the oven. Cook for approx 45 minutes or until cooked
