- 7 eggs
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
- 2 sheet puff pastry

The easiest fail proof quiche you have ever made.
Method
Step 1 of 7
Spray your quiche tin with oil.
Step 2 of 7
Let your pastry over the tin. If you are buying the frozen squares you will need 2 squares of puff.
Step 3 of 7
One you have lines the tin, get a fork and prick holes all around the pastry to stop it puffing when cooking.
Step 4 of 7
Cook in a moderate oven until very lightly brown.
Step 5 of 7
Mix all of the incidents together and add whatever flavours you like e.g. ham cheese tomato, pumpkin feta etc.
Step 6 of 7
Place it in the cooked tart shell and bake until it is firm. The top should be a nice brown colour.
Step 7 of 7
Trim the edge around the pastry so it's flush with the tin.
