Romance your loved one with the best Valentine's dinner. Make this easy baked feta pasta with a secret message: heart-shaped feta. This creamy pasta will impress.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Using a heart-shaped cookie cutter or a small knife, cut feta into a heart shape, reserving excess feta.

Step 2 of 4

Place feta heart in centre of tray. Place tomatoes around feta heart on tray. Crumble reserved feta over tomatoes. Add garlic to pan, then drizzle with oil, season and scatter over chilli flakes. Bake for 30 minutes or until feta starts to brown.

Step 3 of 4

Meanwhile, cook pasta according to packet instructions.

Step 4 of 4

Remove tray from oven. Using a fork, crush feta, tomatoes and garlic. Add drained pasta to tray and toss to combine. Scatter over basil leaves and serve.
