  • 400grams cooked beetroot
  • 3/4 cup creme fraiche
  • 4tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 4tablespoons dill, chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Method

Step 1 of 4

Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, finely dice the beetroot and add to the pasta for the last minute of the cooking time.

Step 3 of 4

Drain the pasta and beetroot and return to the saucepan. Stir in the crème fraîche and herbs.

Step 4 of 4

Season and serve immediately.
