  • 115-150grams tuna steaks, cut into chunky cubes
  • 1 handful fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon, juice only
  • 1teaspoons five-spice powder
  • 1tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 red onion, quartered and separated
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 small zucchini, sliced

Method

Step 1 of 2

Soak the skewers in cold water for 30 minutes before using. Put the tuna, lemon juice, five-spice, and oil in a bowl, and mix well to coat. Season with salt and black pepper.

Step 2 of 2

Thread the tuna, onion, tomatoes, and zucchini onto the skewers. Cook in a ridged cast-iron grill pan for 3-5 minutes on each side, until the tuna is seared. Sprinkle with the coriander, and serve immediately.
