- 120grams Cadbury Flake bar
- 40grams unsalted butter, melted, cooled
- 1/2 cup thickened cream
- 180grams Cadbury dark chocolate, chopped
- 250grams Philadelphia cream cheese, cubed, softened
- 2tablespoons Cadbury Bournville Cocoa (to dust)
- 1/2 cup thickened cream
- 90grams Cadbury milk chocolate, chopped
- 250grams Philadelphia cream cheese, cubed, softened
- 1/4 cup Csr Icing Sugar Soft, sifted

Method
Step 1 of 6
Place cookies in a food processor and process until they resemble fine breadcrumbs. Add butter and 1 crumbled Flake bar and process until combined. Using back of a metal spoon, press mixture into bases of 6 x 3/4-cup capacity glasses to compact. Chill in fridge.

Meanwhile, place cream and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave, uncovered, on medium for 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds with a metal spoon, or until melted and smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
Step 3 of 6
Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in chocolate mixture until smooth and combined. Divide chocolate mixture evenly among glasses. Chill in fridge for 1 hour.

To make the milk chocolate mousse, place cream and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave, uncovered, on medium for 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds with a metal spoon, or until melted and smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
Step 5 of 6
Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth. Gradually beat in milk chocolate mixture until smooth and combined. Spoon mixture evenly over dark chocolate layer. Chill in fridge for 15 minutes.
Step 6 of 6
Halve remaining Flake bars. Serve mousse cups dusted with cocoa powder and topped with Flake bars.
