Description

This preserve is a perfectly sweetened fruit jam that works perfectly for breakfast or snacks.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat up a pan to a medium heat and add all ingredients to the pan.

Step 2 of 3

While constantly mixing, allow the sugar to melt fully with the strawberries for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

Step 3 of 3

Once cooled, transfer to a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a sealable container and store.
