- 450grams Woolworth steakhouse chips
- 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 red onions, sliced
- 200grams Woolworths shortcut bacon
- 454grams Woolworths 4 Steakhouse Beef Burgers
- 4 Woolworths extra tasty cheese slices
- 4packets Woolworths soft & glazed milk buns, split, toasted
- 125milliliter Woolworths garlic aioli
- 2packets Woolworths cos hearts lettuce, shredded
Description
It's easier than ever to create delicious burgers at home! A classic combination of a juicy ‘The Steakhouse' beef patty, melted cheese and crispy bacon in the OG Burger, all nestled in a toasted bun.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Grease and line a baking tray with baking paper. Add chips to tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked.
Step 2 of 4
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook, stirring, for 5-8 minutes or until golden brown and soft. Transfer to a plate. Add bacon to pan and cook for 3 minutes each side or until browned and cooked. Transfer to a plate.
Step 3 of 4
Add burger patties to pan and cook for 2-3 minutes each side or until browned and cooked. Top with cheese. Cover with lid. Remove from heat. Stand for 2 minutes or until cheese melts slightly.
Step 4 of 4
Top buns with half of the aioli, then lettuce, patty, bacon and onion. Top with remaining aioli and remaining buns. Serve with chips.
