- 1tablespoons tandoori paste
- 500grams firm white skinless fish fillets, cut into 4cm x 2cm pieces
- 1tablespoons mint leaves, plus extra leaves to serve
- 6 Qukes baby cucumbers, sliced
- 3/4 cup Greek-style yoghurt
- 1tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1tablespoons chickpea flour

Method
Step 1 of 4
Mix 2 tbs yoghurt, tandoori paste and flour in a bowl. Add fish, turning to coat well. Lay fish pieces on a plate.
Step 2 of 4
Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Cook fish for 3 minutes on each side or until golden and just cooked through.
Step 3 of 4
In a small dish, mix remaining yoghurt with chopped mint. Season.
Step 4 of 4
Top fish bites with mint and Quke slices and serve with mint yoghurt.
