Description
Lightly spiced pork meatballs in a creamy sauce with tart cranberry makes for warming comfort food, perfect served with mash.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Place the mince, allspice, egg yolk and half of the dill in a bowl and mix well. Roll into 16 meatballs.
Step 2 of 4
Heat the oil in a large pan on medium high heat and cook the meatballs, stirring often, for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
Step 3 of 4
Add the sour cream and the rest of the dill to the pan with a splash of water and cook for 1 minute.
Step 4 of 4
Serve the meatballs with cranberry sauce and mashed potato if desired.
