- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped into chunks
- 1 medium red chilli, sliced
- 1teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1/3 cup beef stock, reduced salt
- 800grams chopped tomatoes, canned

Description
Spicy pork meatballs are delicious with spaghetti or crusty bread to mop up the sauce.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat half of the oil in a large pan on medium high heat and cook the pork meatballs for 3-4 minutes to seal on all sides, remove from the pan with a slotted spoon and set aside.
Step 2 of 3
Heat the rest of the oil and cook the onions for 3-4 minutes, add the garlic and chilli and cook for 1 minute.
Step 3 of 3
Pour over the chopped tomatoes and beef stock and bring to a simmer. Add the meatballs back into the pan and simmer for 15 minutes, until the pork cooked through and sauce is reduced.
