  • 80grams baby rocket

Method

Step 1 of 2

Steam corn over boiling water for 10 minutes or until tender. Remove and cool. Cook beans for 2-3 minutes or until just tender. Refresh in cold water.

Step 2 of 2

Cut corn kernels from the cobs. Separate lettuce leaves and tear into large pieces. Toss in a bowl with corn, beans, onion, radish and rocket.
