Description

Discover our delicious red cabbage salad with a vibrant combination of crunchy cabbage, juicy carrots and more. This refreshing side dish is excellent.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Thinly slice small red cabbage (450g). Combine in a bowl with 4 sliced spring onions, 2 julienned carrots, 3 sliced celery sticks, 2 cups baby spinach leaves. Toss gently. Combine cup rice vinegar, 2 tbs soy sauce, 2 crushed garlic cloves, 2 tsp finely grated ginger and 2 tsp sesame oil in a jar. Screw on lid and shake well.

Toast 2 tbs sesame seeds in a frying pan over medium heat until golden. Cool slightly then add to salad with dressing and toss well to combine.
