- 300milliliter cream, whipped
- 250milliliter milk
- 80grams butter, melted
- 500grams fresh strawberries, trimmed and sliced
- 250grams cream cheese, softened
- 1 jam sponge roll, sliced into 2cm rounds
- 1packets cheesecake mix

Method
Step 1 of 3
Prepare packet of strawberry jelly according to pack instructions and refrigerate until set (approximately 4 hours).
Step 2 of 3
Using a decorative large glass bowl (instead of a spring form pan) prepare the cheesecake according to pack instructions and refrigerate until set (approximately 1-2 hours).
Step 3 of 3
Once the cheesecake has set, place on top the sponge roll slices, along with scoops of strawberry jelly, cream and sliced strawberries.
