- 1/2 cup coconut fine desiccated, toasted
- 300milliliter thickened cream, whipped
- 750milliliter custard vanilla
- 170grams port wine jelly crystals
- 1 cup flaked almonds
- 400grams sponge roll jam, sliced
- 820grams can peach sliced in juice

Method
Step 1 of 5
Prepare the Aeroplane Original Port Wine Jelly according to pack instructions, refrigerate until set.
Step 2 of 5
Line a 3L glass serving bowl with sponge or jam roll slices, pressing into base and up 1/3 of the side of bowl.
Step 3 of 5
Drain peaches, reserving 1/2 cup (125mL) syrup. Spoon peach slices and juice over sponge, sprinkle with toasted coconut and top with custard.
Step 4 of 5
Spread whipped cream over custard layer and randomly place large spoonful of set jelly on top.
Step 5 of 5
To serve sprinkle over flaked almonds.
