- 315grams Thai style salad kit
- 2tablespoons soy sauce
- 500grams beef rump steak

Description
This speedy Thai beef salad is ready in 15 minutes and uses only four ingredients. Make a speedy marinade and pair with a pre-made salad for a fast weeknight meal.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Finely chop half the chilli. Combine sauce, 2 tsp peanut oil and chopped chilli in a large shallow dish. Add steak and turn to coat.
Step 2 of 4
Heat a greased chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Cook steak for 3 minutes on each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate. Cover with foil. Rest for 5 minutes.
Step 3 of 4
Place salad, reserving dressing and crispy onion, in a large bowl.
Step 4 of 4
Slice steak and arrange over salad. Thinly slice remaining chilli. Scatter over chilli and reserved crispy onion, and pour over reserved dressing. Serve.
