  • 1tablespoons salt-reduced soy sauce
  • 1centimeters ginger, peeled, finely grated
  • 280grams red cabbage, thinly shredded
  • 1/2packets lebanese cucumber, peeled into ribbons
  • 30grams spring onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 long red chilli, thinly sliced, to serve

RESH & EASY With Ben’s Original Poké Bowl Asian Inspired Soy & Ginger Rice, you can create a delicious base for a meal that’s ready in 60 seconds. Easy to cook and eat.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C. Place salmon, soy and ginger in a small bowl. Turn to coat. Place salmon on a 30cm square piece of foil and bring up edges to enclose tightly. Bake salmon for 6 minutes or until just cooked through. Set aside to cool slightly. Flake into large pieces.

Meanwhile, prepare rice according to packet instructions. Place rice in a bowl. Arrange cabbage, cucumber and salmon over rice. Serve sprinkled with onion and chilli.
