- 2tablespoons ginger, sliced
- 3tablespoons miso paste
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1 head bok choi, shredded
- 100grams kale
- 2tablespoons sesame oil

Description
This savoury noodle dish has the salty taste of soy, but with the warmth of ginger.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat up a wok with the oil to a medium heat and fry the cooked noodles in the sesame oil for 2 minutes.
Step 2 of 3
Add the ginger and bok choi and continue to fry for a further 1 minute.
Step 3 of 3
Add the rest of the ingredients and allow to simmer while stirring for 5 minutes before serving.
