- 2tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 large carrot
- 1 red chilli
- 2teaspoons ginger
- 2 baby pak choy
- 1 bunch broccolini
- 2tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2teaspoons sesame seeds
- 350grams firm tofu
- 1teaspoons caster sugar
- 400grams wholegrain noodles

Step 1 of 3
Prepare noodles according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside until needed.
Step 2 of 3
Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok over high heat. Add garlic and ginger, and cook for 5-10 seconds or until fragrant. Add tofu and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add broccolini, pak choy and carrot, and cook for 2 minutes, tossing regularly, or until carrot and broccolini start to soften. Add oyster sauce, sugar, if using, and 1-2 tbs water. Cook for a further 1 minute, tossing occasionally. Add noodles and toss to combine.

Divide stir-fry among plates, scatter over sesame seeds and chilli, and serve immediately.
