- 250grams butternut snap biscuits
- 80grams unsalted butter, melted
- 300grams pkt jumbo marshmallows
- 2 blocks dark chocolate, roughly chopped
- 395grams can condensed milk
Description
Recreate the deliciousness of s'mores in a slice with layers of crushed biscuit, dark chocolate and toasted marshmallows. This scrumptious dessert will satisfy any sweet tooth.
Instruction tip
Cooking tip:If you don’t have a blowtorch, place slice under a preheated grill for 1-2 minutes or until golden.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Grease an 18x28cm (base) slice pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above edges on all sides.

Process biscuits until finely chopped. Add butter. Process until well combined. Press mixture evenly over base of prepared pan. Chill.
Step 3 of 4
Cut marshmallows in half crossways to form rounds. Set aside. Place chocolate and condensed milk in a medium saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, for 3-4 minutes or until smooth. Pour evenly over the biscuit base. Working quickly, arrange marshmallows, cut side up, on top of slice to cover. Chill for 2 hours or until the chocolate mixture has set.
Step 4 of 4
Using a kitchen blowtorch, brown marshmallow. Stand for 20 minutes. Cut into pieces. Serve.
