Description

Try this freezer-friendly slow-cooker chicken to get ahead with meal prep for the week. A great way to stretch the budget!

Method

Step 1 of 2

Place chicken in the bowl of a 5.5L slow cooker. Add stock, garlic and sauces. Cover with lid and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours or until chicken is very tender.

Step 2 of 2

Using 2 forks, shred chicken. Cool. Divine among airtight containers. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or label, date and freeze for up to 3 months.
