  • 4tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4tablespoons brown sugar

Description

This simple slow cooker chicken stew is packed with bold Asian flavours and a little bit of heat.

Method

Step 1 of 2

In a small bowl, 2 tablespoon of chicken stock and cornstarch. Set aside.

Step 2 of 2

Tip in all the ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook for 6 hours on low.  Stir in the cornstarch and chicken stock mix and cook for another 30 minutes. Serve with hot steamed rice.
