  • 2tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1/4-plus 2 tsp cup balsamic vinegar
  • 50grams honey
  • 1/3-plus 1 tsp cup chicken stock
  • 500grams baby potatoes, brushed, cut into half
  • 4 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 5 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 200grams broccoli, cut into florets

Description

Sweet, sour and savoury flavours elevate this chicken casserole with balsamic vinegar.

Method

Step 1 of 3

In a small bowl, mix the mustard, balsamic vinegar, honey and chicken stock.

Step 2 of 3

Place the baby potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with the chicken and the sauce. Add the garlic. Cook for 4 hours.

Step 3 of 3

Add the broccoli and mix. Cook for another 30 minutes or until the chicken and vegetables are cooked.
