  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 500grams beef mince
  • 1 cup frozen peas and corn
  • 2tablespoons gravy powder
  • 200milliliter tomato puree

Method

Step 1 of 4

Boil potatoes & just carrots separately for about 15 minutes.

Step 2 of 4

Brown the mince in a sauce pan, drain vegetables. Then combine all ingredients, except the peas and corn, in a sauce pan.

Step 3 of 4

Add frozen peas and corns & leave to simmer 30 minutes stirring often.

Step 4 of 4

Serve with bread!
