Take your croissant to the next level with this clever hack. Oozing with melted raspberry marshmallows and jam, this recipe is the ultimate indulgent treat.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 165°C/145°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2 of 3
Split croissants and place on tray. Bake for 6 minutes or until golden and crisp.
Step 3 of 3
Place marshmallows in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds or until melted and puffed. Working quickly, spread marshmallow onto each croissant base. Spread jam over marshmallow and sandwich with croissant tops. Arrange a few raspberries on top and sprinkle with coconut. Serve immediately.
