Method

Step 1 of 3

Arrange strawberries on 2 large baking trays. Freeze for 6 hours or until frozen.

Step 2 of 3

Place frozen strawberries, lemon juice and honey in a food processor and process until smooth.

Step 3 of 3

Serve immediately or transfer to a 1L-capacity freezer-safe container. Cover and freeze for up to 1 month. Stand for 10 minutes before serving.
