Step 1 of 3
In a shallow, wide bowl whisk together eggs, milk and cinnamon.
Step 2 of 3
Place a fry pan on medium-high heat. Dip both sides of a slice of Mighty Soft Fruit Loaf Cafe Style into the egg mixture and fry in tbsp of butter. Cook each side for 2 minutes or until golden around the edges. Repeat with remaining slices of raisin toast.
Step 3 of 3
Top with sliced berries, maple syrup and a dusting of icing sugar – serve while warm.
