- 5milliliter olive oil cooking spray
- 500grams Woolworths caramelised onion & Angus beef sausages
- 360grams Woolworths soft wholegrain wraps
- 270grams Woolworths Greek salad kit
- 3/4 cup Woolworths Greek-style yoghurt
- 1/4 cup continental parsley leaves (to serve)
Description
After a Greek feast in a flash? Angus beef sausages, fresh Greek salad and yoghurt in wholemeal wraps, these beauties are sure to satisfy.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Spray a chargrill pan with oil and heat over medium-high heat. Cook sausages, turning, for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Transfer to a board and thinly slice diagonally.
Step 2 of 4
Meanwhile, heat wraps according to packet instructions.
Step 3 of 4
Remove tomatoes from salad kit and cut into quarters. Place tomato and remaining salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine.
Step 4 of 4
Place wraps on a clean work surface. Spread each wrap with yoghurt and top with salad and sausage. Scatter with parsley and roll to enclose filling. Serve.
