Description
A splash of tomato sweetness and garlic-infused oil turns green-tiger-prawn pasta into a show stopping dinner.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Boil pasta in a large pot of water. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2 of 4
Heat half of the oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Season prawns. Add prawns and tomatoes and cook, turning occasionally, for 2 minutes or until the prawns are opaque. Remove from pan and set aside for serving.
Step 3 of 4
Add drained pasta to the frying pan with remaining oil.
Step 4 of 4
Toss to combine. Season with pepper. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
