  • 10 brioche sliders, halved
  • 2tablespoons garlic butter
  • 2tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 2tablespoons American mustard
  • 1/3 cup Macro Organic burger pickles
  • 1/2 cup Woolworths shredded mozzarella, cheddar and parmesan blend

Description

Entertain with ease this festive season with these quick pull apart sliders. Brioche buns brushed with garlic butter, juicy beef patties and a melted three-cheese filling make this dish a clear winner.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Spray a large frying pan with oil and heat over medium heat. Cook mince, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up lumps, for 8 minutes or until browned.

Step 2 of 3

Arrange slider bases, cut-side up, side-by-side on prepared baking tray so they are touching. Spread with half of the garlic butter. Top with mince, sauce, mustard, pickles and cheese.

Step 3 of 3

Top with slider lids. Brush lids with remaining garlic butter. Bake for 6 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted. Serve.
