- MasterFoods Charcoal Chicken Shaker Fries Seasoning
- 1 green onion (thinly sliced)
- 800grams white-skinned potatoes, unpeeled (cut into wedges)
- 1/2 cup whole egg mayonnaise
- 2tablespoons olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, unpeeled
Method
Step 1 of 4
Scatter potatoes with green onion and serve with aioli and a little extra Shaker. Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Place potato and unpeeled garlic cloves on prepared tray. Drizzle with oil. Season to taste with Shaker Fries Seasoning. Toss to combine. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove garlic from tray. Bake potatoes for a further 20-25 minutes or until golden and crisp.
Step 3 of 4
Meanwhile, press garlic flesh from skins. Discard skins. Place flesh into a small bowl. Using a fork, mash garlic into a paste. Add mayonnaise and enough water to thin aioli slightly (quantity of water will depend on mayonnaise brand used).

Add extra Fries Seasoning.
