  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

Description

Make aioli in just 10 minutes with this easy recipe. It’s creamy and garlicky, and perfect as a dip, spread on burgers or served with seafood.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Place eggs, garlic and mustard into a small food processor and process until combined. With the motor running, slowly add oil in a steady stream until mixture thickens.

Step 2 of 2

Transfer mixture to a small bowl, stir through lemon juice and season. Serve.
