Preheat oven to 230°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper or heat a pizza stone.
Step 2 of 2
Spread base with cheese. Toss potato with a little oil, garlic and rosemary, then season. Arrange potato over base, overlapping the slices. Bake for 15 minutes or until potato is tender and golden. Drizzle with any remaining oil and serve immediately.
