This brisket recipe is full of intense middle eastern herbs and spices.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Pre-heat your oven to 130°C. Sear the brisket on a pan on a medium heat the oil. Fry the brisket for 1 minute on each side and then transfer to a large baking dish.
Step 2 of 3
In a large casserole dish suitable for the oven, put the water, passata, cooked meat and veg and the rest of the ingredients.
Step 3 of 3
Place the brisket in the oven for bake for 300 minutes. Occasionally baste the meat in the juices while its cooking. You can serve with the juices on the side as a sauce.
